SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship worldwide using DHL Express and standard tracked air courier services. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment hub.

Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days (with full end-to-end tracking).

Free Worldwide Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 USD or more.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES:

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to love your EVO Music gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

1. Contact our support team at contact@evomusic.online with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide a prepaid return slip (domestic) or return instructions.

3. Once inspected at our facility, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
